Emergency First Aid at Work
The HSE permits up to 2 hours of the 6-hour Emergency First Aid at Work course to be completed online, with the remaining time dedicated to practical, hands-on, face-to-face training.
The course provides learners with the essential knowledge and practical understanding needed to respond confidently to workplace emergencies, manage injuries and illnesses, and perform critical life-saving techniques.

Learners complete self-checks after each section and a final assessment.
