GoRescue provides a highly efficient cloud-based platform designed to support independent trainers delivering blended first aid courses in the UK.

Our versatile e-learning management system makes it simple to create, deliver, evaluate, and analyze your first aid training with ease—helping you save time while offering exceptional service and support to your learners.

Individual and Group Enrolments

GoRescue makes the process of enroling learners straightforward. After creating a group on our platform, you can enrol learners directly. Each enrolment generates an invoice, with payments securely accepted via Stripe or bank transfer. Payment is due within 1 day (24 hours) to ensure uninterrupted access and continuity on the platform.

Group Enrolments

After setting up a GoRescue account, trainers can quickly create groups and enrol learners in their chosen courses. Learners will receive their login credentials via email automatically. Once enrolment is complete, an invoice will be sent to you for processing.

Enrolment Transfers

GoRescue makes managing enrolments simple. If a learner has received enrolment credentials but hasn’t registered, you can reassign them to another learner. Similarly, if a learner is auto-enroled or registered but hasn’t started the course, you can remove them from the group. Their credentials will be deactivated, and new ones can be issued as needed.

Enrolment Issues

If a learner cannot find their enrolment email, ask them to check their junk or deleted folders for a message from info@gorescue.co.uk. If the email is still missing, log in to your admin dashboard, locate the learner, and resend their credentials with a single click. For ongoing issues, learners can contact our Help Centre for prompt support.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available for digital products, including blended first aid courses, once enrolment is confirmed and access is granted. Please review course details carefully before purchasing. If you experience any issues, our Help Centre is available to provide support and guidance.

Certifications

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of a blended first aid course and can be downloaded directly from the learner’s dashboard. Independent trainers can set completion criteria, including practicals and assessments. The reporting tools make it easy to manage and distribute certificates for groups of learners.

Reporting

Our reporting tools help trainers delivering blended first aid courses save time while tracking learner progress. Access detailed reports, including learner records, course completions, survey summaries, and certifications, and export them easily in PDF or Excel formats for efficient course management.

Guidelines

Our blended first aid courses follow the latest HSE, UK Resuscitation Council, and Department for Education guidelines, ensuring full compliance with national standards. All courses are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect current best practices and regulations.
