GoRescue offers a simple and versatile e-learning management system that allows you to create, deliver, evaluate, and analyze your courses with minimal effort.

Individual Enrolments

For individuals looking to enroll in one or more courses, you can easily make your purchase directly through the GoRescue shop. Payments are securely processed via PayPal. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll be automatically enrolled, and your login credentials will be emailed to you.

Group Enrolments

After setting up a GoRescue account, First Aid and Health & Safety trainers can quickly create groups and enroll learners in their chosen courses. Learners will receive their login credentials via email automatically. Once enrollment is complete, an invoice will be sent to you for processing.

Enrolment Transfers

If a learner has received enrollment credentials but hasn't registered, you can assign them to another learner. If a learner is auto-enrolled or registers but doesn’t start the course, you can remove them from the group. Their credentials will become invalid, and new ones will be issued.

Enrolment Issue

Ask the learner to check their junk or deleted folders for an email from info@gorescue.co.uk. If missing, log in to your admin section, find the learner, and resend credentials with one click. If the issue continues, they can contact our Help Centre for assistance.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for digital products, including online courses, once enrollment is confirmed and access is granted. Please review course details carefully before purchasing. If you encounter any issues, contact our Help Centre for assistance.

Certifications

Certifications are available after course completion and can be downloaded from the learner’s dashboard. For blended courses, trainers can set criteria like completing practicals and assessments. The reporting section allows easy distribution of group certificates.

Reporting

Our reporting tools help trainers save time, track learners, and analyze progress. Access detailed reports like survey summaries, learner records, and certifications and export easily to PDF / Excel formats.

Guidelines

Our courses follow UK Resuscitation Council, Department for Education, and HSE guidelines, ensuring compliance with the latest standards. They are reviewed and updated regularly.

Accreditations

GoRescue is an approved CPD provider, a UK registered Learning Provider and our First Aid courses are FAIB-approved, offering certified, industry-standard training for professionals.
